Can I walk in, or do I need an appointment?
We are open Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:30 AM–3:00 PM (Jamaica time). Please call to confirm clinician availability before travelling, or use the request form for your preferred appointment date.
How much will my appointment cost?
General consultations with a doctor start at JA$3,000. Fees vary depending on the service and any investigations or treatments required. The clinic will confirm the applicable fees when arranging your appointment. Please ask about payment methods and insurance arrangements.
Can I arrange a repeat prescription or test result review?
Contact the clinic to arrange a clinician review. Prescription renewals require clinical approval. Please do not send medical records or detailed health information through WhatsApp or general email.
Do you offer specialist care?
Our team can advise on women’s health, diabetes care and appropriate specialist referrals. Ask the clinic about gynaecology, cancer care and other specialist availability before booking.
What should I do in an emergency?
This website and its request form are not monitored as an emergency service. For a medical emergency, seek immediate help through local emergency services or the nearest emergency department.

Your privacy
Healthy Concept Medical Centre uses appointment request details to arrange a visit and contact you. The form asks for your name, telephone, optional email, service and preferred date/time. Please do not enter symptoms, diagnoses, medical documents or payment information.
When online requests are enabled, they are sent to the clinic’s booking service and an appointment notification is sent to the clinic. Booking requests are retained in this service for up to 30 days; clinical records are managed separately in TEC Healthcare. Clinic assistant
The clinic guide answers common questions using published information. If you choose AI answers, your question is sent through our backend to OpenAI. Do not enter medical records, symptoms, identification numbers or other sensitive information. AI can make mistakes and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or emergency support. The clinic does not store chat transcripts in its booking database; the AI provider may process data under its own policies.
